Lisa has sent me a few more pics of their start. It was a 6pm start – dark, cold and wet – but from what I can gather there was much excitement!!!!

We made it to the Dover ferry. That’s 1 from from 1 so far.

Everyone is regarding us as the heros in our old car lol.

Results-wise: I reckon we did great….. Considering. Navigator did a perfect job and we made every corner and every time control, albeit slightly late. But not as late as others. But my god, I had some fun. My first competitive driving event and it was awesome!!!

Trying to sleep in a foyer of a hotel for an hour then onto the boat to France then got 700k’s to do. It’s 2:06 am and we only just finished half hour ago…. Tough
